Warranty Terms
  1. SoupMakerPro limited replacement warranty is effective for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
  2. Your warranty is subject to the following conditions:
  3. DO NOT operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord, or if the unit has been dropped, damaged or dropped in water. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance on your own. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician in order to avoid a hazard. Incorrect re-assembly or repair can cause a risk of electric shock or injury to persons when the appliance is used.

    The item has not been misused, abused, neglected, altered, modified or repaired by anyone.

    The item has been subjected to fair wear and tear.

    The item has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.

    The item has not sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accident.

    Your warranty does not cover components that are subject to natural wear and tear caused by normal use in accordance with operating instructions. Unauthorised/improper maintenance/handling or overload is excluded from this warranty.

    For guarantee claims, you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays date and place of purchase.

    This warranty does not replace but is in addition to your statutory rights.

    This warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the item.

    This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.

    Replacement items will be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.
    Only the defective product or parts returned to place of purchase will be replaced under this.

  4. The SoupMakerProwarranty is NOT a money-back guarantee.
  5. This warranty does not apply if the care and maintenance instructions published in our literature have not been followed, or if the product has been used for other than its intended purpose. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.
  6. SoupMakerPro products claimed as defective under this warranty must be sent postage paid for inspection and repair or replacement.
  7. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing of warranty claims. A warranty claim can only be accepted with proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, credit card/bank statement, etc.) as well as a written explanation of the concern.
Delivery Policy
There is a 2 working day waiting time before the goods are to be dispatched
Orders and deliveries are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made between 8:00am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Gold Coast deliveries, which are made between 8am and 6pm. We currently do not have a weekend delivery service.

During the wet season, deliveries to Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In this event, deliveries may take longer than our usual time frame.

Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. If a team member has not contacted you by the expected delivery date, please contact us on 1800 811 138

Return Conditions
No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only allow exchange within 7 days of items received except specified on the listing.

Return postage fee will be at buyer’s expense. Please contact us before returning anything.

Returned products must be properly packed and returned in their original packaging.

If returned items are found to be not faulty a flat service fee of $20 applied.

If we cannot repair the product, we will offer replacement or a similar one

Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at buyer’s cost.

Negligence, misuse or minor scratch is not covered under this policy.

Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the ANZ eGate and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Interscope Technologies does not store any credit card information on our servers.

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that.

Our payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. We offer Credit Card payments for general users and Purchase Orders for approved wholesale customers. Credit Card payments are made directly through a 128 bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored – this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.

Consumer Data/Privacy policy
Interscope Technologies is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. Interscope Technologies through Soupmaker Pro uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Interscope Technologies only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
